Shashi Jivan

Shashi Jivan worked locally in Oakland, California as a School Coach and facilitator before joining the affordable housing industry in 2000 as a Resident Services Supervisor at Mercy Housing. Over the past eleven years Shashi has provided direct service to residents on-site at challenging family properties, helped develop national program models in Resident Services that get at specific outcomes and impacts for residents of affordable housing, and finds passion in the day to day lives and inspiring stories of AHA's residents.
